This is the easy button for families looking to get on the slopes without any hassle. “Sunday’s Best” offers ski in/ski out access with access to heated pool and hot tub. This one bedroom, one bathroom is one of the highest condos on the mountain that gets you close to all the action of the mountain with the added benefit of being surrounded peace and nature. The unit is completely refit with the nicest amenities including a new kitchen and top of the line electronics.
Good to know
This is a one bedroom, 1 bathroom unit on the 3rd floor of White Cap Village Condominiums, building A. The one bedroom has 1 full bed and a bunk bed with two twin beds. The spacious living room also has a pull out full sofa bed. The unit has fully access to the facilities building which has a heated pool, hot tub, common area/game room, and bathroom/changing rooms. The property has onsite parking just outside the building and the unit accesses the trail system via a groom trailed specific for the building. The unit was completely refit with the nicest amenities including a new kitchen and top of the line electronics. Skis and boots can be stored on first floor in a private ski locker.

-The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (Sorry - no booking for others). -Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of valid ID if asked. -We have an additional Rental Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Rental Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here. -As part of the booking process, you'll receive a message with a link to the Renter's Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home. -Unexpected circumstances can arise - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing traveler's insurance. -No Parties -No Pets -No Smoking -No illegal activity -Only registered guests allowed

The condo is part of the White Cap Village section of Sunday River which consists of two buildings (A and B) and a shared community center which contains the pool, the hot tub, a changing area and bathroom and community entertainment room. The ski lifts closest to the condo are the Tempest Quad and Little White Cap Quad just outside the White Cap lodge and just below the Grand Summit Hotel.
